Twilight Sparkle and [Bad Moon Rising]

Twilight is, obviously, our main character. Like canon Twi, she's very intelligent, but with a gnarly temper and gloomier personality. She's pretty serious and intimidating to non-Stand users, but generally awkward in interactions where she can't solve problems by beating the shit out of them. She's a fairly natural leader, but can get too in her own head outside of battle where her adrenaline can't carry her.

[Bad Moon Rising], named after the song by Creedence Clearwater Revival, has been with Twilight since she was a young child, young enough that she doesn't remember her Stand's awakening. He's essentially Spike, in the form of a massive purple ghost, with the same little boy's voice and mannerisms. He and Twilight talk to each other a lot, and he's basically this Twilight's anxiety seperated into its own entity, often voicing worries she's secretly having so she can argue herself out of being nervous. His power is melding with shadows; [Bad Moon Rising] becomes invisible in any sort of darkness, and as long as Twilight stays within the shadows, she cannot be seen through any means, though she can still be heard. He's also extremely strong, being a close-range power type Stand. Since her Stand's power is a non-combat type, Twilight relies a lot on brawling with [Bad Moon Rising's] physical prowess or her own body, and using other tactics like her teammates' abilities or her surroundings to beat enemies.

Twilight has been adopted by Queen Celestia, after she was found wandering alone in a small town as a toddler. She already had a Stand, which is how Celestia heard about her; magic usually only manifests in mid-childhood at the earliest, when children are actually starting to develop conscious wills and egos, but Twilight's was already powerful enough to manifest visually and lash out at threats or steal things for her. Thus, she was brought back to the Castle to be trained in using her Stand, and so Celestia could learn what made her different in regards to her magic. The results have been inconclusive so far, but [Bad Moon Rising] being sentient points to him having some development potential...
